This month, we’re thrilled to shine our Community Spotlight on Elisha Jackman, Director of Property Management at McGrath Real Estate Mount Duneed & Torquay. With over 20 years of experience, Elisha has earned a stellar reputation for her attention to detail, deep understanding of both owners’ and tenants’ needs, and a genuine approach to client service.
A career built on excellence
Since starting her real estate journey in 2002, Elisha has become a distinguished property manager. Known for her approachable manner and dedication, she ensures every client interaction is genuine, dependable, and enjoyable. Her commitment to service has earned her a loyal customer base, referrals, and repeat business – a true testament to her professionalism.
Giving back to the community
Elisha is as passionate about her community as she is about real estate. She actively supports a variety of charities, local sporting clubs and community groups including Heart Kids, Birregurra Football Netball Club and Mirripoa Primary School Mount Duneed. She’s also a supporter of the Geelong Women’s Business Club and Geelong Mums, helping to strengthen connections and opportunities for women locally.
When not engrossed in her work Elisha’s time is with her family and friends, whether that be karate, soccer, swimming, or a picnic, embracing the balance of a fulfilling personal and professional life.
Getting to Know Elisha Jackman
We asked Elisha a few fun questions to get a glimpse of life outside the office:
Last Movie Watched?
I took my 13-year-old daughter to see Regretting You. We both had a little cry – such a lovely teen movie!
Favourite TV Show?
Anything Bravo – Real Housewives. Tacky, I know, but it helps me switch off from a busy day at the office.
Podcasts you Enjoy?
Diary of a CEO & Mel Robbins – I first learned about her at a real estate conference and have followed her ever since.
Instagram?
I follow a lot of real estate and property pages, as well as brands I enjoy shopping from. Each year I attend AREC and follow my favourite conference guests – last year I heard Mark Mathews speak on gratitude, which was amazing, and I’ve followed him ever since @markmathewssurf.
Advice to Your Younger Self?
Travel a little more and work a little less to see the world. I started in real estate straight from high school and haven’t really stopped!
