Greta Hearle, Marketing Consultant
For International Women’s Day, we’re proud to spotlight Greta Hearle, marketing consultant and creative strategist, who works with Guzman Finance to support our brand, content, and growth. Greta’s career spans marketing, creative production, and entrepreneurship — and her perspective on women in business is both grounded and refreshingly real.
For Greta, success today looks very different to what she imagined early in her career.
“The biggest shift for me has been understanding that success isn’t just about title or income. It’s about control over your time and the ability to design a career that supports the life you want.”
After many years in structured corporate environments, Greta made the decision to build a more flexible, values-led career. Today, she works with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them clarify their message, strengthen their brand, and build consistent growth. This flexibility allows her to stay close to her family while continuing to grow professionally, however that freedom didn’t come overnight.
“There’s a misconception that flexibility is easier. In reality, it requires more discipline, more resilience, and a willingness to back yourself. You have to learn to set boundaries, price your work with confidence, and stop waiting for permission.”
One of the most powerful lessons Greta has learned is the importance of reinvention. Rather than seeing career shifts as setbacks, she believes they are a strategic advantage.
“Careers are no longer linear, especially for women. Every time you evolve, you bring your experience with you. The skills transfer in ways you don’t always expect. Reinvention isn’t a weakness — it’s one of the biggest strengths we have.”
The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day, Give to Gain, resonates strongly with Greta’s approach to business. Throughout her career, she has focused on building relationships, sharing knowledge, and supporting other women.
“Greta has always believed that generosity in business is practical, not just philosophical. She’s known for connecting people looking for jobs, introducing clients to the right partners, and showing up — whether that’s over countless coffees or at every networking event she can fit into her schedule. For her, giving isn’t about sacrifice. It’s about building strong communities and long-term trust.”
Working with Guzman Finance has reinforced her belief in the importance of financial independence and literacy for women.
“Financial knowledge is freedom. It gives women choice, confidence, and security. Whether it’s owning property, starting a business, or investing in your future, these are the decisions that shape long-term wellbeing.”
Looking ahead, Greta is optimistic about the future of women in business.
“What gives me hope is that more women are designing careers on their own terms. They’re building businesses, creating flexible pathways, and redefining leadership. The more we share our experiences, the easier it becomes for the next generation.”
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate Greta and the many women who are shaping the future through generosity, resilience, and courage.
